| 2012-2013 Scholarships The University of South Carolina-Columbia now offers a state-wide Bridge Program for all of the S.C. technical colleges. Students failing to gain admission into USC due to academic record or space availability will be notified of their eligibility to transfer. Also, students who wish to bypass the freshman admissions process and begin at a technical college may apply for the Bridge Program. The Bridge Program does NOT provide special admissions consideration, and all transfer students will be expected to meet transfer admission requirements.
