Hello!  I am Mrs. Lisa Barnes, the Art teacher at both Ford and Gray Court-Owings Elementarys.  I also teach the academic gifted and talented class (Encore) at Ford Elementary, when needed.  This is my ninth year at Ford,  my second year at GC-O, but my 29th year teaching.  I have always enjoyed teaching in Laurens 55, no matter what school I have been at, and even though I teach almost 800 students each week.  I enjoy the wide variery of ages and seeing how student learning progresses from one year to the next.  Over the years I have also taught at Sanders Middle, Sanders Elementary, Pleasant View, Hickory Tavern and Laurens Jr. High.
