Our next SIC/Title I Planning Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 3:30 P.M. Media Center E. B. Morse Elementary School SIC Purpose The SIC serves as an advisory committee to the principal and faculty. It is mandated by law to exist in every school. The SIC plays a key role in the education of our children, bringing together parents, educators, and community stakeholders to collaborate on the improvement of our school. 2012-2013 School Improvement Report to Parents Home of the Mustangs "Blazing the Trail to Excellence" All meetings are open to the public E. B. Morse Elementary school is a special place. We have been designated as a school-wide Title I school. This means that we receive services and materials in addtition to what is provided by the school district. Title I funds are provided through the federal government. The school staff and the School Improvement Council reviewed the needs of the school and made recommendations last Spring.
