The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a blossoming group of students who meet weekly to share and discuss their faith in Jesus.
FCA meets weekly on Thursday mornings before school at 7:15 a.m. Our meetings are conducted at Whiteford’s in Laurens. However, because of the mission and purpose of FCA, we have decided to conduct one meeting a month at Laurens High School to reach out to other kids at our school. The school meeting is the last Thursday of every month. At the school meeting, we are blessed enough to be able to provide free breakfast for the students who come. Faculty and visitors are welcome to come to our meetings. We greatly appreciate the support, and we are very grateful for the adults who already show their support. We always have a great time, and we would love for our teachers, coaches, administration, and faculty to stop by any time.
Another important event that deserves your attention is Fields of Faith. This event takes place on October 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the football stadium. This is a student-led event. Admission is free, but there is a love offering taken at the conclusion of the program. Fields of Faith is a great time of praise and worship. We encourage each of you to attend. Coaches, this is a great event for your teams.
